-All food covered in walk in cooler
*Ensure all plastic cover over food is clean

-Rodent droppings have been cleaned - no current pest activity noted during inspection. Continued addition of metal sheeting around base of walls through out facility. On-going process.

-Bleach available in jug and bleach solution noted at 200 ppm chlorine in labelled spray bottle available in washing area.
