- General sanitation- satisfactory.
- Handwash stations in production area, prep area, near back dishwashing area, front service area are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel.
- Walk-in cooler at 3.6C.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C.
- Food storage - satisfactory.
- Food contact surface sanitizer at 200ppm Quats solution and is available in labelled spray bottles.
- Three compartment sink is available for warewashing. Drain plugs are available.
- All food prep area adequately supplied with hot and cold running water.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted. Traps are set and empty.

Recommendations:
1. All back and delivery doors must be closed.
2. All single use utensils/equipment and packaging materials must be stored off the floor.
3. Provide surface sanitizer (Quat or Bleach) for staff lunch tables.
4. The upstairs washroom and ground level must be properly supplied if the staff members are using it.
5. Provide a garbage bin for the staff rest area.

Note: 2-compartment sink with hot/cold running water is available upstairs (near the washroom).
