QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. Sanitizer obtained from sister company inspected by CFIA 2 blocks away.
Walk-in cooler measured at 1.2C. Walk-in freezer measured at -22C.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor on pallets.
Pest control company contracted out monthly.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
