Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza sold by the slice on pizza warmers were held at around 30C - 40C. Time-tracking log for today had not yet been started, and previous logs indicate that time-tracking was not being done consistently.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed previously, if pizza slices are being held at below 60C, then proper time-tracking must be done for each day of operation.
Staff started today's time-tracking log at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front corner hand sink was missing liquid soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Repeat violation. All designated hand washing sinks must be properly supplied (with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels) and accessible at all times.
Staff refilled dispensers for the front corner hand sink at time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Repeat violation. During all operational hours, there must be at least one employee onsite with FoodSafe level 1 or equivalent at all times. More staff to register for and complete the FoodSafe course within 1 month.
