Observation: * Food in bucket found on floor in walk-in cooler; staff reminded to keep off floors; Also, food/food equipment on storage shelving was found to be stored in unsanitary manner in some areas and not protected from contamination; Also, some boxes being stored on top shelving above food equipment, etc., and this is unsanitary storage practise-- operator reminded to keep boxes stored below food/food equipment

* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer walk-in was found to be at -18'C or colder
* Food was covered in storage areas
* Monitoring records were available; ensure these are maintained up to date
* Staff were dressed appropriately with proper attire and hair protection
* Pest control monitoring via Pest Free Solutions
* Hand washing facilities had liquid soap and paper towels
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration in bucket to store wiping rags and in spray bottle for food contact surfaces, etc
* Note: some cleaning and organization to be done through out facility
* Follow up inspection to be done next week
