- Alcosan used; no test strips available to test concentration, operator follows Manufacturer's Instructions -100% from pre-mix container
- Walk-in cooler 3 deg C
- Walk-in freezer - 10 deg C
NOTE: there is some build-up of frost and accumulation of ice requiring defrost

- Temperature records available for review
- High Temperature Dishwasher reached at the final rinse cycle 74.9 deg C at plate and verified with thermolabel

No signs of pests despite activity noted on last Terminix Pest Control report -good maintenance of cleaning
