- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate. - Liquid soap and paper towels were available at the hand wash sinks. - Bleach sanitizer solution was available for use on food contact surfaces. - 50ppm bleach solution was noted after two cycles of the dishwasher. Please have technician adjust the levels so that adequate amount is dispensed every time.
