Some cleaning was done in the kitchen area; however, more cleaning to be done.
Items to be cleaned:
1. Underneath the frying area
2. Inside the walk-in cooler (move all shelves and plastic rack)
3. Prep area (by upright freezer) - remove extra tiles underneath the freezer and clean underneath and also the prep table (top and bottom).
4. Clean dining room area - baseboard tiles (brown color) have grime/filth build up and flooring requires thorough cleaning.
Other items that need to be addressed:
5. Ensure kitchen staff has Food Safe 1 certification (at least one person on duty per shift must have Food Safe 1
6. Start using cleaning schedule and documentation (i.e.checklist with employee signing when task is done.
7. Need someone in charge of the business (i.e. a manager, etc. to oversee the running of business to ensure all tasks are being done properly).
Please note that if again on future inspections that no one in the facility has valid Food Safe 1, a ticket will be issued.
