All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
Freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Temperature logs are being maintained.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottle measured 200 PPM residual.
Dishwasher final rinse reached above 71 degrees Celsius or (above 82 degrees C at the manifold). Dishwasher company onsite at time of inspection servicing unit. Change out log sheet so that it is measuring the temperature of the final rinse and not pH as this is a high temperature dishwasher.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Handwashing sign also installed.
Ensure soup cambros are not stored on the floor as they may be placed on the counter at their destination.
