Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 small and 1 large vegetable peelers stored with visible food debris.
Corrective Action(s): All food equipment, food utensils and food contact surfaces must be cleaned of all debris, then sanitized after use. Food equipment, utensils and work surfaces in constant use for the same purpose must be cleaned and sanitized a minimum of every 4 hours or when changing uses.

Food, grease and debris build-up in the following locations in the kitchen area: storage shelves under rice warmer, on floor behind cooking line equipment, 3 door undercounter cooler (door seals, shelves, interior walls), between kitchen work table and prep cooler, shelves and floor inside kitchen dry storage room, and on floor under both sink locations.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
