Observation: Accurate indicating thermometer missing for the new under the counter cooler in the front area. Accurate indicating thermometer damaged in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain two new accurate indicating thermometers for the under the counter cooler and the walk in cooler.

Observation: At the time of inspection only staff on duty did not have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): Send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. In the absence of the operator at least one staff on duty must have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Correct by March 31, 2020.

Routine inspection:

Hand sink in front area provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in container. Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use.
200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station at 3 compartment sink.
Back area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Frozen yogurt machines cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. 200pppm quats used to sanitize for clean in place. Disassembled parts washed, rinsed, and sanitized in the 3 compartment sink.
Self serve toppings cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Sneeze guard in place.
Toppings bins covered to protect from contamination. Individual scoops available for use.
Under the counter cooler at 4 degrees C.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -16 degrees C.
Dry storage area clean and organized.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Include the new under the counter cooler used to store milk for the shakes.
Permit posted in dining area.
