Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on October 30, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BHFTDD). The following improvements were noted at time of inspection:
Flooring underneath the walk-in cooler shelving has been cleaned
Rodent droppings were removed between the walk-in cooler and the wall
Food safety plan for basmati rice submitted to Environmental Health Officer at time of inspection - thank you. Cooling chart provided to head chef. Ensure that you follow your food safety plan, including use of an ice bath and using shallow containers for cooling the rice. Remember that the rice should not be covered until sufficiently cooled
Dough mixer and red rotary mixer removed from premise
Hand wash station unobstructed and ready for use. Employees have been instructed by the head chef to routinely wash their hands (e.g. before and after food prep, after sneezing, after smoking, etc.)
No evidence of temperature abuse of rice on stovetop. Rice, once cooked, is to be hot-held at 60C or greater or rapidly cooled as defined in your food safety plan
