Comments

All of the violations from the previous inspection report have been corrected except the following: - Upright cooler in the storage room - remove all stains and residues inside the cooler. - Fruit flies still being observed in kitchen and in the front area - block the beer dispenser with a tight fitting insert/cover. Remove all debris/food scraps in hard to reach areas - missed areas were indicated to the operator at the time of inspection. - Door screen for back door still has some visible openings; block or replace the screen. Overall improvement in sanitation observed. * Ensure to clean the facility thoroughly on regular basis to maintain sanitation.
