- Walk-in cooler maintained at 4C.
- Walk-in freezer functional.
- Hand washing stations located in front of the processing area and provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats (E-san) available from the dispenser.
- Processing area and bandsaw maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- No pest activities observed in the processing area.
