Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Oct 15, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B5KSCN). The following observations were made:

1. Rodent Activity
- Rodent droppings have been removed on second floor, including on all shelving
- All mechanical traps inspected at time of inspection - no rodents present in the mechanical traps
- Professional pest control company arrived on Oct 20, 2018 and inspected for indoor pest activity. Pest control technician observed mice activity observed upstairs around the cooler. The operator has since removed the droppings

2. Pizza Warmer
- Pizza hot-holder is now holding pizza at a temperature of > 60C. Operator has drawn a line indicating where the dial should be turned up to for proper hot-holding

3. Upstairs Kitchen
- Upstairs kitchen now has better organization. Items in walk-in cooler are all covered and general kitchen area is far less cluttered - good
- 200 ppm chlorine residual sanitizing pail present
- Unneeded onion cutter in upstairs storage area has been removed. Remember to remove any items that are not required on premise

4. Mop Sink
- Mop sink has been cleared so that mop wastewater can be dispensed inside

- Operator plans to set up a tent for Diwali on Nov 6 and 7. You must submit a temporary food premises application prior to setting up the tent.
