- three compartment sink not set up at the time of inspection
- all foods stored up and off the floor
- no obvious signs of pests at the time of inspection
- time tracking sheet for phyllo pastries posted by display - please be reminded that potentially hazardous foods may only be stored at room temperature for a maximum of 4 hours before it must be discarded as per "BCCDC's Guidelines for Using Time as a Public Health Control at Ambient Temperature"
