Infractions from previous inspection corrected: -Food and cleaning supplies storage is now on separate dedicated shelving. Food now protected from contamination. -Cleaning in place for new coolers and freezers. New rolling shelving installed in walk in cooler - good. June 2, 2020 - Operator states supplier is still working on getting labels up for donair meat. I instructed the product cannot be sold on premise without labels. -Unlabelled meat products removed from premise and no longer being sold at the time of inspection. Please submit paperwork to Fraser Health for this product with adequate labels from an approved source before having it in the store's inventory. Facility now in compliance.
