Dish detergent refilled for dishwasher.
Operator shall be ordering more test strips as last store did not carry any. Please remember to order "chlorine test strips" that go from 10 to 200ppm.
FHA two compartment warewashing signs provided for operator to adhere.

Note: Temperature adjusted for reach in cooler but is still measured at 10C (air) and 12.9C(glass of water). Operator shall be contacting technician to have the unit properly serviced to ensure it maintains 0-4C. All food for temporary food event on Saturday are brought by suppliers hot/cold and dispensed only, all leftovers to be discarded. This fridge is to hold non-potentially hazardous food products only.
