- Quat sanitizer dispensing from main dispenser at 200 ppm; reminder to change solution in spray bottle daily
- Cooler measured to be at 4C; mini cooler storing yogurt measured to be at 4C
- Freezer measured to be at -16C
- Pizza hot holding unit not in use at time of inspection
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation excellent
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspecction
