Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink in back area was missing paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towel dispenser refilled at time of inspection. Ensure all hand washing sinks are always properly equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

- Hand sink in main kitchen/drive-through area properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers, milk and iced cappuccino beverage dispensers/hoppers were measured at 4C or colder.
- Walk-in freezer maintaining temperatures at -18C or colder.
- Accurate thermometers available. Temperature records maintained (digitally).
- Quat-based food-contact surface sanitizer available at 200 ppm in sanitizer pails and from dispensing unit at three-compartment sink.
- Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available for use. *Note: sinks were not properly set-up for manual warewashing at time of inspection. Ensure to only store/soak dirty dishes in the "wash" sink with soapy water / rinse with clean hot water in the middle sink / sanitize in the "sanitize" sink by filling the sink with your Quat-based sanitizer.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food stored off the floor and properly covered.
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
