- underneath shelves at walk in cooler
- underneath shelves at dry storage area
3. Dust, grime, and grease observed above the ventilation hood by the walk way of the walk in coolers
4. Racks in the walk in cooler observed to be rusty and covered in grime/debris
Corrective Action(s): Please deep clean the kitchen to ensure all food debris, grime, and dust is removed at hard to reach areas.

>>>Please keep prep cooler lid closed when not in active use to ensure top inserts can also maintain 4C and below
- Ice machine observed to be clean
- Only a half bag of dry ingredient observed on the floor of the dry storage.
>>>Please ensure all food are stored 6in above the ground
>>>Please ensure boxes of single use take out containers that are stored on the ground do not prevent proper cleaning/sweeping underneath the shelves
- Flies mostly observed in the janitorial area
>>>Please consult pest control company on how to get rid of them.
