Follow up inspection conducted:

-Both showcase display coolers are now at <4 deg C: cooler against window was at 2.9 deg C, other showcase cooler was at 3.1 deg C
-Thermometers present in coolers to monitor the temperature
-Cleaning in the kitchen has GREATLY improved: old table top was removed, cobwebs/spiders have been removed, and the steel table top was very clean and free of debris. As well, all icing buckets were very clean and did not have any caked on debris/sugar/icing to attract any flies.
