Comments

Walk-in freezer was at -20 deg C. Walk-in dairy cooler was at 2-3 deg C. Display coolers were at 3-4 deg C. Display freezers were at -18 deg C or colder. No expired baby food products found in the pharmacy area. Back area was clean and organized. However, some cleaning required underneath shelves along the side wall of the back area. Also, clean underneath the milk/dairy shelves inside the walk-in cooler. Compactor area was in sanitary condition. No signs of pest noted at time of inspection. Pest control monitoring in place. Most recent pest control report was on Oct. 13, 2017. Overall, food premises was in satisfactory condition.
