Routine Inspection
- hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- Stand up freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius. defrost the freezer.
- pizza slice hot holding ambient air temperature above 54 degree Celsius. Pizza is only hot held for 1.5-2 hours
- 100 ppm Cl solution for wiping cloths prepared during the inspection. Prepared during the inspection.
- general sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection
- no pest activity noted at the time of inspection
Note: repair the washroom hot water tap and recaulk the 3 compartment sink and wall joint
