Licensing received a complaint on November 26, 2021, regarding care and supervision and the physical facility. The following concerns were alleged: -The temperature in the facility is too cold. -Staff use candy at drop off time as a bribe to get children to come into the daycare All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews and a review of documentation. Licensing determined the following contravention: -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 13(1)(a) Environment -Chid Care Licensing Regulation Section 19(4) Character and skill requirements -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 39(1) Continuous supervision required |
