Routine inspection conducted: Expansion of facility has been recently completed. Food storage and receiving areas built as per approved construction plans. Freezers (#7, #8, #9, #10, #11, #12) at less than -18 degrees C Loading dock and cooler at less than 4 degrees C Food is stored off the ground on pallets Temperatures are logged electronically. Records reviewed at time of inspection. No concerns noted. General sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pest activity observed within the facility. Premises is serviced by a pest control operator on a monthly basis. Reports reviewed at time of inspection.
