Routine inspection: - Coolers (under the counter, prep, fridge, display) maintained at 4C or less. - Ice cream freezer functional. - Walk-in freezer at -18C. - Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. - 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available in spray bottle and 3 compartment sink. - Yogurt temperature in the ice bin at 4C. - Temperature logs maintained and available for review. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed.
