Note: No packages opened that would expose any food directly, products only received whole and shipped in original packaging.
General observations:
√ Cooler ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C
√ Good food handling practices noted such as first in first out principle
√ Food up off floor on pallets and regular cleaning program in place to clean behind/under all pallets. No spilled product or debris observed during inspection
√ Chemicals stored in a location that is away from food to prevent contamination
√ No signs of pests noted. Weekly pest control inspections done by professional pest control company, three structural items identified on pest report that required correction, one has been corrected and remaining two there is a plan in place to correct them
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
√ Regular temperature logs maintained and process in place for if product were to be received/noted above required temperatures
