Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mechanical chemical dishwasher found to have no sanitizer at start of inspection

Recommended to check on sanitizer concentration at start of day to ensure dishware and equipment are sanitized.
As an unknown time has elasped since the sanitizer has run out, clean and sanitize all restaurant equipment immediately

2. Onions delivered directly onto floor and leaning onto sewage pipe of dishwasher
**Corrected duringin inspection** onions stored off the ground and away from sewage pipe.
- Monitor and ensure food is not stored directly on floor.

2. **REPEAT** Heavy build up of grease observe on rahge nood, range hood filters, and air vents above kitchen cooking and prep area
