Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Food debris was observed on one vegetable slicer and on spoons located on clean utensil storage wire shelving.
2. No quats sanitizer detected in one bottle labeled quats sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Items were cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Ensure that all equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are properly washed to remove food debris, rinsed, and sanitized before allowing to air dry. Quats sanitizer bottle was emptied and refilled at time of inspection and tested at 200 ppm. Ensure that sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Floor mop was hanging next to vegetable prep sink. Mop head was observed to be in contact with top edge of vegetable prep sink.
2. One scoop with handle was fully immersed in food product in one insert at the front preparation cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Floor mop was relocated. Ensure that floor mop and similar items are stored away from food storage and food preparation areas, and away from food equipment and utensils to limit potential contamination of food. Scoop was removed from food insert located at front preparation cooler. Ensure that all scoops are stored in a manner that prevents the potential contamination of food.

- Front preparation cooler at 2 to 3 degrees C (above) and -1 degrees C (below, ambient temperature)
- Back preparation cooler at 2 degrees C (above) and 1 degree C (below)
- Under counter cooler at 1 degree C
- Open beverage cooler at 1 degree C
- Yogurt machine internal food temperature at 4 degrees C
- Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm from dispenser, in one labeled spray bottle, and in one bucket with wiping cloths. Hot and cold water and three sink plugs available for manual ware washing. Quats test strips available.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely at time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- Washrooms maintained in clean condition
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. FOODSAFE equivalent certificate produced for verification at time of inspection expires in 2022.
