On Follow-Up:
Mice droppings have been cleaned up. No additional droppings noted.
Washroom and hand sink paper towel dispensers have been replaced and are now filled.
Operator has taken FS Level 1 course (Expiry Sept. 24, 2027).
Sanitizer bottle is labeled and has 200ppm bleach solution in it.
More lighting provided along the kitchen walkway.

Outstanding Item:
Operator needs more time to fix/replace commercial dishwasher (domestic dw has been returned). There is only a 2-compartment sink for dishwashing. You are restricted to single use (disposable) dishes for dine in customers until the dishwasher is fixed/replaced as a temporary solution only. You have until Nov. 4, 2022 to fix/replace the commerical dishwasher.
Move the lights against the far wall as discussed.
