- Premises and equipment maintained in good sanitary condition
- Handsinks (3) in food preparation/service area supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Staff/public washrooms maintained with liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers were operating at required temperatures (4C or colder)
- Front line cooler 2C

- Hot potentially hazardous foods were being held at required temperature (60C or above)

- Temperature monitoring in place. Records reviewed and appear up to date. Ensure corrective action is taken and recorded if temperatures are not within required range.
- Food products stored in a manner to prevent contamination (ie. covered, dry goods stored on shelving off of the floor).
- Ice machine appears clean. Manager reported it is cleaned weekly.
- In use spoons and scoops were stored in containers of ice water and are washed and sanitized every 4 hours.
- Facilities/equipment present for manually washing and sanitizing dishes. Plugs/stoppers present to fill sink compartments.
- Quats sanitizer solution in sanitizing compartment of sink measured 200ppm.
- In use wiping cloths stored in pails of quats sanitizer solution (200ppm) for use on food contact surfaces and counters.
- Quats test strips present for checking sanitizer concentration.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Pest control in place with regular service (every 2 weeks)
- Manager present at time of the inspection and has completed Foodsafe level 1 equivalent course Certificate valid - checked at time of the inspection.
