coolers @ <4C / 40F or less liquid soap and paper towel provided at handsinks High alkaline cleaner used in CIP equipment followed by a potable water rinse. CIP Equipment then sanitized with CiCasen PAA sanitizer. Bleach solution used to sanitize all other surfaces. *2.5 mL for 1 litre of water for food contact surfaces *20 mL for 1 litre of water for all other surfaces general sanitation and organization is good no signs of pests noted at time of inspection
