304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Fruit flies are noted in the facility, predominately around corner of the counter beside undercounter cooler. Some noted in mop sink/container for clothes area as well. Corrective Action(s): Please check whether there is standing water, sticky substance or food debris in that corner. Fully clean and sanitize with 100ppm bleach on all surfaces. Wipe all items placed in that corner as well. Clean the container storing wiping clothes as coffee debris appears to be noted inside the container. Container should be cleaned every week after it is emptied. Control the situation before fruit fly issue worsens. Violation Score: 3

Undercounter cooler has been adjusted so it is reading 0-4C. Sandwich prep cooler no longer leaks water and is maintained at <4C as well. Leak at walk-in cooler has been repaired although some water and food fallen on the ground are noted - please clean up food spill asap.
