Follow-up to inspection conducted on April 1, 2021 (Report JSHN-BZVPG2) - Prep cooler has been repaired. Temperatures ≤ 4°C. - Some Quat sanitizer buckets at 100 ppm. The time to change the sanitizer had not passed yet. Please ensure sanitizer buckets are changed when they appear to be murky. You do not need to wait until the timer is up.
