Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Upright refrigerator for BGC measured at or below 4 degree C. Freezer measured at -18 degree C. Thermometer available in the unit. Ensure Temperature monitoring log kept updated for all cooling units.
- Mechanical high temp dish washer registered at or above 71 degree C at the final rinse water.
- 3 comp dishwashing method also utilized and sinks labeled properly.
- Hydrogen peroxide as sanitizer available in spray bottles.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- F.H operating permit posted. Staff are Food safe certified.
- No sign of pest activity at this date.
- Cutlery, cutting boards, utensil, cooking pans and other implements stored properly in sanitary condition.
- Kitchen lighting noted adequate.
