-Follow-up inspection to October 5, 2017.
-Did not observe any issues with hand hygiene at the time of inspection. Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizers were at 200ppm. Do not place sanitizer pail by the dishwasher in the far corner - sanitizer pails needs to be readily accessible for staff to use.
-General food storage practices were good at the time of inspection. Raw meats were stored separately from ready-to-eat foods and did not observe foods being double stacked directly on top of one another at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any foods stored on top of the display cooler at the time of inspection. Any foods displayed along the customer area must be protected from potential customer contamination.
-Kitchen light shield has been replaced.
