Meanwhile ensure that a roll of paper towel is available at the handsink in bar area Violation Score: 15

- Exhaust canopy is not scheduled for deep professional clean yet. All grease from the sides of the exhaust machine - Bar glasswasher is now working and measured at 12.5 ppm iodine concentration - Fruit flies have reduced in bar area, some fruit were observed in the far corner. Continue to clean and sanitize the area every day and take necessary actions to eradicate fruit flies. - Follow inspection will be conducted to check the sanitation of walk-in cooler.
