Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handsink in the back area near walk-in cooler was blocked with mop buckets in front at the time of inspeciton
- No paper towel available at the handsink in bar area
Corrective Action(s): - Remove all items from the front of the handsink and ensure that handsink is available for handwashing at all times
- Install paper towel dispenser at the handsink in bar area. Meanwhile ensure that a roll of paper towel is available at the handsink in bar area

Comments

- Exhaust canopy is not scheduled for deep professional clean yet. All grease from the sides of the exhaust machine
- Bar glasswasher is now working and measured at 12.5 ppm iodine concentration
- Fruit flies have reduced in bar area, some fruit were observed in the far corner. Continue to clean and sanitize the area every day and take necessary actions to eradicate fruit flies.
- Follow inspection will be conducted to check the sanitation of walk-in cooler.
