Worker informed that the operator is aware of the issue and has contacted a technician to service both coolers. Ensure that the temperature of the coolers is maintained at 4 degrees Celsius of below. To be corrected by June 14, 2016.

Comments

- Hand sink fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures (other than the two coolers in violations) met health requirements:
- Coolers <4C.
- Freezer <-18C
- Thermometers present in all coolers and freezer.
- Temperature logs maintained.
- 3-compartment sink used for manual dishwashing.
- QUATS at dispenser for manual dishwashing = 200 ppm.
- QUATS in all spray bottles for sanitizing food contact surfaces = 200 ppm.
- Pest control (Orkin) in place.
- No indication of pest activity at the time of inspections.
- Overall cleanliness and maintenance good.
- Employee washroom clean and sink fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.

Note: The hand sink in the front prep area has extremely hot water. Ensure that the cold water is also balanced to prevent any potential hand burns for employees.
