Summary of Inspection:
During today’s inspection 4 children, and the facility Licensee were present.
At this inspection there were no contraventions identified. No further action is required in response to this inspection.
The following was discussed:
Reviewed the documentation for enrolment and children's records in the facility. During discussion licensing noted the required amount of time to retain records are two years after the child has withdrawn.
Facility operator reviewed current systems in place for the use of the downstairs play room as the new snack and art area.
Licensing discussed the use of care plans if needed
Discussed the establishment of systems to support the facility staff maintaining compliance.
