Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the Community Hall board of manager. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Hand sink in kitchen and in washroom fully supplied with hot and cold running water, hand soap and paper towel - Fridge compartment measured 2.8C, Freezer compartment measured -18C. No perishable food stocked during inspection. - Domestic dishwasher is available - Chlorine solution in spray bottle measured at 200ppm chlorine. - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - No concern on utensils and cooking ware storage in the kitchen.
