Observation: High-temperature dishwasher measured at 58.9C final rinse temperature. Operator presented invoice that the high-temperature dishwasher was serviced on March 31, 2022 to read a final rinse temperature of 73C. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Service/replace the high-temperature dishwasher to measured at least 71C final rinse temperature. Temporarily use the 2-compartment sink to wash/rinse/sanitize kitchen utensils/equipment. Bleach dilution for 2nd compartment sink is 1/4 tank of water to 1/4 cup bleach to achieve 100ppm chlorine. Corrected by: July 14, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Kitchen coolers, pantry cooler measured at 4C or lower. Kitchen freezer and pantry freezer measured at -18C or lower. Thermometers in place in all refrigeration and freezer units. Temperature logs in place.
2-compartment sink available.
Light covers in place in the pantry area.
Bleach on-site. Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and measured at 200ppm.

All concerns have been addressed in report#254109.
-Light covers in the pantry area installed.
-Thermometers purchased and in place in all refrigeration/freezer units.
-Temperature logs in place.


NOTE: Two domestic fridges/freezer in the hallway are for residents use only. Premise operations does not use the 2 fridges/freezers in the hallway.
