Follow up inspection conducted to MTRG-AV5T5S. The follow issues were discussed and/or corrected on or before this inspection. - Scoops stored mostly outside of bins (not within where handles can contaminate), continue to monitor and ensure that potential for cross contamination is reduced - Rodent droppings were removed, no new evidence of pests detected - Manager informed that cleaning frequency has been increased to an additional 2x per week. - Manager informed that a signage order has been put through to increase customer awareness when it comes to the bulk bin section. (e.g., do not sample, close lids, do not place bins inside of container where handles can touch food products.
