On Follow-Up: Most of the mice droppings have been cleaned up. A few noted near the takeout box in the FOH (1st shelf) and beside the hot water tank. Clean droppings as you see them as discussed. Pest control company is on contract. Disposable dishes are inside plastic bags; seasoning is now in a sealted container. Coolers have been labeled with numbers. Temperature of beans and rice are being recorded now as well. Ensure staff have FS level 1 certification. Keep copies of certificates onsite. Outstanding Items: Get the exhaust hood serviced. It's overdue. Fix the hand sink in the BOH. To be done tonight as per staff on duty.
