Observation:
1) bottom of the 1-door clear cooler was covered with food debris
2) oil residue noted under the corner of the deep fryer area
Corrective action: clean up area noted with food debris and oil spill. Ensure the premise is maintained in a sanitary condition by cleaning up the floor routinely in a daily basis

Observation:
2-door under counter cooler is at 13 deg.C. operator claimed that the cooler was broken 2 weeks ago and they will replace it with a new cooler with similar model and design. Only non-potentially harzardous food such as canned pop were being stored in the broken cooler
Corrective action: Replace or repair the broken cooler within 2 weeks. Do not store any potentially harzardous food in the broken cooler

--> operator lowered the temp setting and only store non-potentially harzardous food inside.
- Hot holding unit: 78 deg.C
- under counter cooler for meat: 3 deg.C
- chest freezer in storage room down stairs

--> All foods stored inside are frozen
- Sanitizer in 2-compartment sink: 100ppm chlorine
- Sanitizer in spray bottle: 100ppm chlorine
- oil debris noted on fume hood but next service day is 2 weeks later
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- Pest control served by the mall pest control company and Inspection frequency is twice in a month.
- operator have food Safe level 1 certificate
- Only food packaging material and canned pop were stored on the shelves in the downstairs storage area.

Recommendation
- obtain a themometer for the hot holding unit and keep a daily temperature record for the hot holding unit.
- check the sanitizer concentration daily instead of every 2 days.
- Ensure only beverge are being stored in the beverge cooler under the pos machine.
