Follow-up Inspection: QUAT sanitizer bottle now has a label. Ensure to rewrite label when the ink starts to rub off. General cleaning of facility has improved, especially for the following: - inside coolers and freezers - high contact surfaces (e.g. handles, faucet knobs) - fan in dining area - storage areas, underneath shelves, corners, etc. - walls in some areas ensure to finish cleaning the remaining walls Ensure to continue following your sanitation plan for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning. When there is downtime, continue the deep cleaning for all areas to regularly maintain a sanitary facility.
