Comments

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Spray bottles had 100 ppm bleach. No evidence of pests. The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level. Check daily. General sanitation was satisfactory.
