Observation: 1. 3-compartment dishwashing sink is used as storage. Staff is washing dishes at the front (a 2-compartment sink - one side is handsink, the other is prep sink).
2. No sanitizer present at time of visit. Facility has been using Quats as a sanitiezr.
3. Dishware is not washed and sanitized properly.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all items in dishwashing sinks. Sink compartments should be empty and free of items besides dishware.
2. Facility has bleach as a back up sanitizer in the time being.
3. Dishes MUST be washed and sanitized properly: wash in hot soapy water; rinse in clean water; soak in sanitizer for 2 minutes, air dry.

Correction Order is issued for violation.

Note:
1. Operator has removed the display cooler and sandwich prep cooler from facility.
2. Facility is currently offering samosas right now. Frozen samosas are purchased from Nana's Kitchen & Hot Sauce Ltd. (#12-8125 130th Street, Surrey).
3. Operator indicated he has plans to add a sandwich prep cooler at the back by dishwashing area. An additional handsink is required at the back for food preparation at the back. Submit floor plans for review and approval. Do not change or add anything until health approval is given.
4. Hot holding unit is currently too far from handwashing station. Re-locate hot holding unit to closer to handsink. Operator indicated he will move the hot holding unit to the end of the front counter, across from microwave.
5. Ensure a proper food preparation area is available by microwave and toaster oven. Move phones, chargers, and unused items away.
