- Most scoops stored outside of food storage bins for dry goods - talked to Operator about communicating this to ALL employees - Air drying rack has been reorganized so that only clean dishes are on the rack - Old mouse droppings cleaned away in dry storage room - Spice rack cleaned, food grade containers provided - Shelf by spice rack has been cleaned and organized - Chemicals stored away from food preparation and food storage areas - Overall sanitation has improved greatly
