General sanitation - satisfactory;
Note: Observed debris, water, and dead insects in the front display cooler. Please clean the cooler.
The hand washing station was supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (walk in, upright, prep, display) < or = to 4 C;
Freezer at -18 C;
Thermometers for cold units - available;
Hot holding unit (rice cooker, soup) at > 60 C;
Ice- machine - satisfactory (Ensure that the ice-scoop is stored safely all the time).
Two compartment sink - satisfactory (Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm/a wall-mounted dispenser);
High temperature dishwasher achieved 79.2 C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
Tongs and rice scoops stored in ice;
Surface sanitizers available in spray bottles at 200 ppm Quat solution (Note: One spray device on a bottle is broken/ replace or repair);
Dry storage area - satisfactory. Dry food items are stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids, adequate wire racks.
Note: Poly gloves used.
Washrooms -clean; supplied with cold & hot running water; liquid soap and paper towel;
